I was put in a difficult spot with a home insurance inspection that came out of nowhere and they required a fairly quick turnaround on a roof inspection and repair/installation. David came in and was incredibly personable, understanding and just downright nice. He actually took the time to go up on the roof and truly inspect, stayed til past 9pm to do it, then gave an honest repair summary. He was incredibly accommodating and generous with his time, provided detailed explanations when asked, and completed (with his crew) the work very rapidly.
